My dog is missing a hind leg so muscle building is vital, this is helping him build muscle like I couldn't have before. I only use it when I have to work and don't have time to take him out for hours, he also has days off like you would with the gym. He is tired after his hour walk in his weighted vest. Obviously build up the weight slowly, but its fantastic, I love this harness. It also makes my boy look very cool.

This product is worth every penny, most harnesses rub against the dogs causing rashes and sores, this harness was made for comfort for the dog.
