Refund policy
We're confident that you will be completely happy with your purchase, however in the event that you would like to arrange a refund, we have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund and a further 14 days following that to return the item to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@roguescollars.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
In the event that an item is requested to be returned or exchanged due to incorrect measurements taken by the customer prior to purchase or any other reason which is not the fault of Rogues Collars or our delivery carrier, we would request that the customer is liable to pay for the return of the item back to Rogues Collars and also the re-delivery of the exchanged item (if an exchange is required).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Resolutions may include repairs to the item, exchanging the item or a refund in full - options will be discussed with you once we are notified of any such issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products will not be eligible for refund unless the issue is a manufacturing fault or damage has been caused via one of our delivery carriers. If this is the case, the customer must please contact Rogues Collars via info@roguescollars.co.uk immediately after receiving the item so that we can look into and put right.
We are unable to accept returns on any items that the customer has taken for repair without prior discussion with Rogues Collars.
We cannot accept returns on sale items unless they are received faulty in which case the customer must inform us immediately after receiving.
We are unable to offer refunds on gift cards.
Exchanges
If a return is agreed and the customer would like to exchange the product for an identical item, we will send this out to you immediately. However, the faulty item must be returned to and received by Rogues Collars or a proof of return provided (i.e. tracking number, etc.) before the new item is dispatched to the customer.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
